Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancel anytime

Subscriptions renew yearly and can be canceled at any time — no lock-in. Use the "Manage or cancel subscription" link on your purchase confirmation page or in your license email to open the Paddle customer portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your license stays valid until the end of the paid period plus a short grace period.

Refunds

Paddle processes all payments as our merchant of record. If something went wrong with your purchase — duplicate charge, wrong plan, or the product doesn't work for you — email support@postern.download within 14 days of purchase with your order details and we'll refund it. You can also contact Paddle buyer support directly.

What happens after a refund

A refunded license stops renewing and its seat bindings are released. Keys already activated on a computer run until their printed expiry date — they're not remotely killed mid-period.

Wrong machine code

If you entered the wrong 8-character machine code at checkout, email support@postern.download with your order confirmation and the correct code — no need to repurchase.

Free trial

The 14-day trial needs no payment method, so there's nothing to cancel — it simply ends.
